At TL iRepair, we take our commitment to providing professional device repair services seriously. Our policies regarding payment and liability are designed to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and protection.
We require full payment of the amount invoiced upon completion of repairs, unless your device is repaired under warranty. Payment must be made before your device is returned to you. It is important to note that unless otherwise specified, the amount invoiced includes charges for all parts and labor.
While we always strive to provide the best possible repair experience for our customers, we cannot warranty that we will be able to repair your device without loss of programs or data, or that we will be able to maintain the confidentiality of any data on your device. We strongly recommend that you back up your data and remove it from your device before bringing it in for repair.
In the event of accidental data loss or damage to your system caused by existing problems such as viruses, misconfiguration software, jailbreak or hardware problems/failures, TL iRepair and any persons associated with or involved in the work being done for you shall be held harmless from any action, claims, liability or loss in respect of such data loss or damage.
We are not liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the performance of any repair services, and our maximum liability for any and all damage shall not exceed the payments received by TL iRepair for services provided pursuant to these terms and conditions.
Please note that if your device is in a condition that restricts us from investigating any existing problems, we are only responsible for providing the repairs you requested, and we are not liable for any existing issues other than the repairs that were agreed upon.
Finally, we would like to remind our customers that upon return of the phone, if the TL iRepair repair warranty label is tampered with in any way, or if any other party attempts repairs on the phone, or if the phone has been physically or liquid damaged, the warranty is void. We also do not accept refunds for change of mind on accessories purchased unless there is a fault on the product or stated otherwise.
