How do I know if my LCD is damaged?

We provide free quotes after we inspect the device. Prices vary by model and fault. Check in or book online. We run a quick diagnosis and confirm the fault. You receive a clear quote and an estimated time for pickup before we start. We complete the repair using quality parts then run a multi point test. If a part must be ordered or work is board level we keep you updated at each step.
What are the usual turnaround times?
Many phone and tablet repairs finish within 20 to 120 minutes. MacBook repairs vary by job. Basic services like LCD screen replacement, battery replacement and keyboard repair are usually finished within one hour. Board level diagnosis or logic board repair usually takes two to three days so we can test properly. We also service laptops, PCs and game consoles. HDMI and motherboard faults on PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo usually take two to three days. We keep a wide range of parts in stock to reduce delays.

Do you use quality parts and provide a warranty?
Yes. We use OEM grade parts and stand behind our work. Screen repairs include lifetime workmanship coverage. Batteries include up to two years or 500 cycles. Motherboard and logic repairs include twelve months on the same fault. Other components include twelve months. Accidental damage and change of mind are not covered.

How can I pay?
All bookings require a 50% deposit before work begins. We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Zip Pay, Afterpay and cash. The remaining balance is due when the job is complete before collection. Business clients can arrange invoiced payments for ongoing service.
Is my data safe?
Your data is handled with care and confidentiality. Please back up whenever possible before service. Data recovery and data transfer services are available if your device is not booting.
Can I mail my device in?
Yes. Ask us for a repair reference number and packing tips. We log the device on arrival, carry out the repair, test the device and return it with tracked courier delivery.
